Coaching Expectations

There are a myriad of ways in which we might partner together to reach your goals. Usually, a coaching relationship falls into one of three categories.

Ongoing Partnership

The greatest value to you will come through an ongoing, consistent conversation that spans six months or more.

Strategic Engagement

Focused work on a specific challenge or goal. Strategic engagements typically run two to six months.

Short-Term Consulting

A focused conversation to work through a decision, navigate a crisis, or get unstuck. Usually one to three sessions.

Pricing

Rates vary based on organization size and non-profit status. Reach out and we’ll find the right fit.

Virtual Environment

Sessions happen virtually — usually Zoom or Microsoft Teams — so we can work together wherever you are.
